This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through the official NOMS website. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations where kratom is legal.

We do not ship to areas where kratom is restricted or banned. This includes:

U.S. States:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Wisconsin

Cities & Counties:

  • Sarasota County, Florida
  • San Diego, California
  • Oceanside, California
  • Alton, Illinois
  • Jerseyville, Illinois
  • Edwardsville County, Illinois
  • Columbus, Mississippi
  • Union County, Mississippi
  • Ascension Parish, Louisiana
  • Franklin, Louisiana
  • Rapides Parish, Louisiana

Orders placed to these locations will be canceled and refunded automatically.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic U.S. Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and your country’s postal service

Shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs, or unexpected courier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please ensure your email and address are accurate when checking out so we can keep you updated.

Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Select digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Secure third-party gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.)

Payment Issues

If your payment doesn’t go through:

  • Double-check that your billing address and card info are correct
  • If payment is authorized but not captured, your order may appear “stuck.” Contact us immediately to confirm the status.
  • If funds were withdrawn but no order confirmation was received, please email us with your name, payment date, and the last 4 digits of your card. We’ll manually verify and resolve the issue.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our product (consumable beverage with botanical ingredients), we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, we want you to be completely happy with your NOMS experience.

We’ll accept returns or send replacements if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong flavor or product
  • Your order was incomplete or faulty due to a fulfillment error

Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll send instructions for the return or issue a replacement or refund.

Please do not ship products back to us unless instructed.

What To Do If Shipping Is Delayed or Stuck

If your package hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking email for the most recent status
  • Allow an extra 2–3 business days for processing during high-volume periods
  • If the tracking hasn’t updated for 5 or more business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier

In case of shipping problems outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, incorrect addresses), we’ll do our best to help you resolve the situation—but we are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
